Let's get your quilt finished!

Price for quilting services is 2 cents per square inch for most designs. Occasionally, a very intricate or dense design would be charged at a higher rate, but this would be communicated prior to beginning. 

Minimum quilting charge is $40. This means a small quilt or table runner’s square inch price would be rounded up to the $40 minimum.

• Follow this example to calculate price: Quilt top measuring 60 x 80 inches.  60 x 80= 4800 square inches. 4800 x .02 = $96.

With a large library of designs, there is something for everyone and every quilt! But with such a large selection, it can be difficult to narrow it down- don't hesitate to ask and we will work together to find the perfect design!

Thread is included in the square inch price. With a wide range of colors, it's easy to find the perfect match for your desired look!  I do match the top and bobbin thread colors in all my quilting.

Batting is available for purchase.  Quilters Dream 80/20 is always in stock, but special order of any of their amazing varieties is available! Any questions- don't hesitate to ask! 

A little prep work goes a long way in the final outcome of your quilt.

• Press your top and backing so it’s ready for me to load. 
• Clip any stray threads or unraveling fabric the best you can. You won’t get every single one but it’s an important step to prevent shadowing of dark threads through lighter fabric. 
• Use a note to mark the top of your quilt and backing, that way they will align as you have envisioned! 

The backing should be a least 4 inches bigger ON ALL SIDES.

• For example- a quilt top that is 60 x 80 inches would require backing that measures at least 68 x 88 inches. Extra fees may apply if I need to put extra time and effort into getting your quilt ready to load. 

If your fabric is directional- please mark which way it goes! Also note that if your backing is pieced and you have a certain layout in mind, please discuss at drop off!
